We want you to love your River & Oak Toronto purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in the original condition with all tags attached
• Item must be in the original packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

• Intimates, bodysuits, and bras (unless defective)
• Socks and underwear
• Earrings and pierced jewelry
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

How to Start a Return

1. Email contactriveroak@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return
2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
3. If approved, we will send you return instructions
4. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a tracked service

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in Canadian Dollars (CAD) within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contactriveroak@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
